This review of 79 studies demonstrates that curriculum-based interventions delivered to children aged 2-6 years can lead to improved social and emotional competence, behavioural self-regulation and early learning outcomes. This may be a great way to improve childhood and adult resilience and reduce the onset of later mental health issues.
