This systematic review provides evidence that adjunctive use of anti-inflammatory drugs including aspirin, celecoxib, omega-3 fatty acids, estrogen, selective estrogen receptor modulator, pregnenolone, N-acetylcysteine, minocycline, davunetide and erythropoietin may reduce positive, negative and cognitive symptoms associated with psychosis and improve overall functioning.
