This pragmatic randomised controlled trial of a brief 6-session online, Video-feedback Intervention to promote Positive Parenting and Sensitive Discipline (VIPP-SD) demonstrated significant improvements in the behaviour of children aged 12-36 months. Although further studies are needed, VIPP-SD could prove to be a cost-effective alternative to longer, face-to-face parent training programmes such as the Incredible Years.
