This systematic review of 69 studies found that anti-bullying interventions were effective at reducing bullying (Effect Size 0.15) and improving mental health problems (Effect Size 0.2), with these effects sustained in the longer-term. Duration of progammes (1-144 weeks) was not related to effectiveness.
