This article summarises recently developed Australian standards of care and treatment guidelines for transgender and diverse children and adolescents. It includes guidance on working with pre-pubertal children, mental health care, medical and surgical interventions, fertility preservation and speech therapy. A worthwhile read for clinicians working with this group as well as families and friends of transgender and gender diverse young people.
