Modular approaches to child and adolescent mental health treatment have been demonstrated to be more effective that standard mental healthcare in the USA. However, in this multisite study of MATCH-ADTC conducted in New Zealand, no difference was found between the two, suggesting that treatment as usual may vary considerably between countries.
