This review summarises the current evidence base regarding the treatment of PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) in children and adolescents. Trauma-focussed cognitive behaviour therapy (TF-CBT) remains superior to eye movement desensitsation and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and others.
