Stimulant and non‐stimulant drug therapy for people with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and epilepsy
Despite concern about prescribing stimulant therapy in the context of epilepsy, this Cochrane review shows, albeit with a small number of studies, that it is probably still the best treatment for co-morbid ADHD. Smaller doses are, unsurprisingly, likely to be safer.
