Treating Subthreshold Depression in Primary Care: A Randomized Controlled Trial of Behavioral Activation With Mindfulness

This randomised controlled trial showed that eight weekly sessions of group-based behavioural activation with mindfulness resulted in greater reduction in symptoms of depression that usual care. Although the study was conducted with aduls, it may also have relevance for the treatment of adolescent depression.
