This systematic review of 17 studies investigated the resilience-increasing potential of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)-based interventions, mindfulness-based interventions and mixed Interventions (those combining CBT and Mindfulness training). All three types of intervention were found to be moderately effective at increasing resilience on standardised scales.
