This randomised controlled trial showed that eight weekly sessions of group-based behavioural activation with mindfulness resulted in greater reduction in symptoms of depression that usual care. Bullying is known to be associated with disordered eating and symptoms of depression. This longitudinal study of a cohort from the McMaster Teen Study showed that disordered eating behaviour was equally associated with future symptoms of depression and bullying by peers in boys and girls.
